Commission Terms of Service

At any time, a commission can be terminated only by RetroAle Studio (You get a full refund).
There will be no deadline. I can only give an estimate, which is anywhere between 2-3 weeks.
Payment is only done through Venmo or PayPal and must be done before a sketch can even start.
For social media posts, you do not have to tag me or give me credit for the commission, but you cannot claim to be the creator of the drawing.
You are not allowed to use the result outside of Usage Right purchased.

RetroAle Studio's rights as the artist:

Refuse any commission request.
Post the sketches/full commission to RetroAle Studio/Alejandro Rico social medias.
Use the commission for RetroAle Studio promotional works.
Terminate the commission at any time (you get a full refund).

Your rights as the commissioner:

Claim 1 free correction after commission is done (must not take longer than 2 hours to correct).
Request redo of commission if dissatisfied for 50% the original price.
Request progress updates at any time.

Usage Rights:

Personal Usage:

For personal Social Media profile pictures/banners or reposting online for your own emotional needs.

Commercial Usage - Promotional:

For any promotional activities such as video thumbnail, content for streams, advertisement, etc. Whether your video gains revenue or not, it will fall under commercial usage. [3x estimated price]

Commercial Usage - Goods:

For copyright to distribute the results of commission for any type of goods, such as merchandising (keychain, prints, etc.), Patron rewards, game, etc. The cost/royalties of will need to be discussed further.
